Job Summary
Act as technical advisor for I&C engineering / control systems scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements identify risks and deviations prepare clarifications support technical evaluation and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- Professional registration chartership or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred.
Additional Information :
Required Experience
- 10 years in CCGT/thermal plant I&C DCS/SIS engineering bid evaluation FAT/SAT and commissioning support
Technical Expertise
- DCS/PLC; GT/ST control integration; HRSG controls; BMS; ESD/SIS; field instrumentation; control narratives; SIL; cybersecurity; historian; SCADA/LDC/dispatch interface; IEC/ISA standards. IEC 61511 IEC 62443 ISA 18.2 ISA 84 IEC 61131 IEC 61850/IECwhere applicable DCS/SCADA architecture standards
Commercial/Contract Awareness
- Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules guarantees LD-linked performance clauses interface obligations acceptance testing requirements and developer deviations
