We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter & Licensing Officer to join our team in Al Ain. This dual-role position involves sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals while managing their licensing DataFlow and eligibility processes with UAE health authorities.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Duties:
Source screen and shortlist healthcare professionals (Doctors Nurses and Allied Health).
Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualification compatibility with UAE healthcare requirements.
Coordinate with hospitals clinics and medical centers to understand staffing needs.
Manage job postings on ATS platforms LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and follow up on placement progress.
Support onboarding and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
Licensing & Compliance Duties:
Handle end-to-end licensing applications (DHA DOH MOH) including DataFlow Good Standing Certificates Prometric/Exam coordination and eligibility applications.
Verify and review candidates documents for compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
Communicate directly with licensing authorities to resolve application queries.
Track application progress and maintain records in CRM/ATS systems.
Update clients and candidates regarding application timelines and status.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR Healthcare Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare recruitment or licensing in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of DHA / DOH / MOH licensing processes and documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (Manatal Go High Level or similar).
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workflows with attention to detail.
