Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter with agency background to support our recruitment operations on a commission-based model.
We are looking for a highly motivated recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing screening and placing candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate is confident using recruitment systems and has a proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the internal team and clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications
Create write and post job advertisements on job boards LinkedIn social media and other sourcing platforms
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn databases job portals networking and referrals
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess suitability
Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
Manage and update candidate pipelines
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Support offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
Work towards and consistently achieve recruitment targets
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of experience as a Recruiter (agency experience preferred)
Currently working in recruitment or available as a freelance recruiter
Proven experience posting jobs and independently sourcing candidates
Hands-on experience with ATS systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
Ability to work in a target-driven fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Commission: 25% commission on every successful placement
Performance Bonus: USD 300 monthly bonus for 10 successful placements
Flexible freelance arrangement
