What youll do
- Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies across job boards LinkedIn niche communities social media and referral networks to build strong talent pipelines.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers consult on hiring plans role design market intelligence and competitive salary positioning.
- Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding: timely communications clear expectations and strong employer-brand representation.
- Use and maintain our ATS and data tools to track pipelines report metrics (time-to-fill source quality conversion rates) and continuously improve processes.
- Lead creative outreach campaigns (email sequences social content events) and experiment with new channels to lower cost-per-hire and speed time-to-fill.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
- 3 years proven recruitment experience agency background strongly preferred.
- Deep experience with ATS platforms candidate sourcing tools and common HR systems.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Outstanding candidate assessment skills: role-fit cultural fit and potential for growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
