Based in Dubai 100% remote. Drive proactive sourcing tight stakeholder partnerships and seamless candidate journeys to deliver quality hires at pace.

What youll do

Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies across job boards LinkedIn niche communities social media and referral networks to build strong talent pipelines.
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers consult on hiring plans role design market intelligence and competitive salary positioning.
Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding: timely communications clear expectations and strong employer-brand representation.
Use and maintain our ATS and data tools to track pipelines report metrics (time-to-fill source quality conversion rates) and continuously improve processes.
Lead creative outreach campaigns (email sequences social content events) and experiment with new channels to lower cost-per-hire and speed time-to-fill.

What were looking for

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
3 years proven recruitment experience agency background strongly preferred.
Deep experience with ATS platforms candidate sourcing tools and common HR systems.
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Outstanding candidate assessment skills: role-fit cultural fit and potential for growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
