About the Role
As Experience Manager you will be responsible for driving the creative and operational delivery of activations and live experiences.
This is a hands-on fast-paced role where you will take ownership of bringing ideas to life from initial concept through to execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact experiences that engage audiences and meet client objectives.
You will play a key role in translating creative ideas into real tangible experiences ensuring every touchpoint is delivered with precision quality and impact.
What Youll Do
- Design and deliver immersive activations and brand experiences that bring concepts to life
- Align creative ideas with client objectives and audience expectations
- Bring fresh thinking by identifying and applying cultural creative and industry trends
- Build and manage relationships with performers vendors artists and partners
- Lead on-site delivery ensuring smooth execution across all elements
- Manage budgets and commercial considerations identifying value and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate across creative production sponsorship and marketing teams
- Oversee timelines deliverables and quality across multiple projects
- Contribute to post-event reviews to continuously improve delivery
About You
Strong experience in events experiential or activation delivery
Proven ability to create high-impact audience-focused experiences
Highly organised able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets P&L and sponsorship integration
A confident communicator able to present ideas and manage stakeholders
Culturally aware with an understanding of regional nuances and audience expectations
Proactive hands-on and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
What You Need to Apply
5 years of experience in events experiential or activation roles
Proven track record of delivering live experiences or brand activations
Strong understanding of end-to-end event delivery
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Valid driving license

Experience across fashion beauty retail or F&B sectors
Understanding of social media integration within live experiences
Experience in stage management or show calling
Arabic language skills
