You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth build strategic partnerships and expand our customer and channel network across GCC. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the GCC region experience in selling IT or cybersecurity solutions and a solid network within enterprise and government sectors.
This is a quota-carrying role focused on developing new business opportunities while nurturing key relationships with customers resellers system integrators and vendors.
Identify develop and close new business opportunities with enterprise government and mid-market customers.
Build and grow a robust sales pipeline in alignment with company objectives.
Generate demand for distributed solutions (e.g. cybersecurity cloud networking) through direct and channel-led approaches.
Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners resellers and system integrators within GCC.
Coordinate joint go-to-market activities and enablement initiatives with selected partners.
Ensure partners are aligned engaged and certified on the relevant products and services.
Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts and strategic vendors in the GCC Market.
Collaborate with vendor account managers on pricing pipeline building and marketing initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and meetings.
Develop a country-specific business development plan and execute against agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts market insights and competitor intelligence.
Maintain records in CRM systems and prepare regular progress reports.
Get necessary sales and pre-sales trainings and certifications for the assigned products/vendors
Deep understanding of networks information security software sales volume licensing etc.
Regular interest in upskill and learning new technologies and products
Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
5 years of sales or business development experience in the GCC market preferably in cybersecurity IT distribution or technology sales.
Strong understanding of the regional business landscape especially government oil & gas finance and telecom sectors.
Proven track record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Valid UAE driving license and existing client network in assigned region is preferred.
