Business Development Manager
LexisNexis Position Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding LexisNexis customer base across assigned territories and market segments.
About the Role
This role involves identifying new business opportunities developing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with potential clients to promote LexisNexis suite of legal regulatory and business information solutions. Key
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through targeted outreach networking and market research
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and present tailored LexisNexis solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate key accounts and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product specialists and editorial to deliver comprehensive proposals and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals Stay uptodate on industry trends competitive landscape and LexisNexis product offerings
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the companys CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of successful business development or sales experience preferably in the legal regulatory information services SAAS or AI industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently
- Arabic Speaker would be an advantage
