We are seeking to hire a Female General Manager (PREFERABLY Russia Belarus Kyrgyzstan Kazakhstan Ukraine Moldova Georgia or Arabic) for one of our esteemed clients with a multimillion Dirhams revenue every year (based in Abu Dhabi Dubai Doha). You will join a dynamic and growing team. To qualify you should have at least 4 years of management experience in Restaurants Hotels Aesthetic Clinics Pet shop Nail Salons Dental Clinic or Retail Sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations team performance and profitability of all branches based in Dubai Abu Dhabi and Doha (Qatar).
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
- Manage a large team of 80 employees including remote staff
- Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence
- Foster a positive empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets
Person Specification:

Experience in the hospitality or service industry will be highly preferred.
