WSP Middle East is currently seeking a Business Development professional specializing in Specialist Services to join our team in Dubai UAE.
Our goal is to establish Specialist Services as a distinctive niche offering in the Middle East focusing exclusively on single or multidiscipline projects under the Specialist Services framework.
In this role you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities tailored for Specialist Services. These services encompass a wide range of disciplines including Faade Engineering Lighting Design Acoustics Security and Risk Management Fire and Life Safety Architecture of Record(AoR) Technical Architecture Digital Innovation Signage and Wayfinding and Ground Engineering. Your primary focus will be on targeting architects interior designers developers and engineers as key clients.
WSP is committed to delivering exceptional projects across various sectors such as hospitality retail master planning residential and public realm.
Your new role whats involved
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to enhance WSPs presence and market share in Specialist Services across Dubai and the wider UAE market.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects developers interior designers and engineering firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and capitalize on market trends.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals bids and negotiations to secure new projects and contracts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking and market positioning.
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the engineering or professional services industry with a focus on specialist services.
- Strong network and established relationships with key players in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural work environment.
