Responsibilities • Managing an application portfolio and associated projects for various internal applications on premise and on cloud. • Identifying opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement - focused on collaboration systems and internal tools. • Research, procure and manage software applications that will contribute to the success of the company. • Lead and manage the configuration, monitoring and maintenance of tools and systems as needed and ensuring that they are used across departments. • Establishing protocols for software applications and ensuring their ease of use for internal business users. • Managing and overseeing upgrades for servers, hardware, and software.
