Job Description
- Develop New Product according to the customer request and New Product Development process
- Propose new ideas or products on a regular basis to management
- Control that results are coherent with quality and cost requested
- Make sure all New product developed are stable, conform to local regulations and can be manufactured in the Factory
- Prepare COA, INCO, MSDS and any legal documents required for product registrations
- Make sure all New product developed are compatible by performing compatibility study wherever required.
- Prioritize on inventory control and focus on stock liquidation wherever feasible.
- Transfer new products to production by supporting manufacturing team technically
- Troubleshot any issue during manufacturing process at any time by seeking the best solution if problems occur
- Assist QC department for making final decision in case of any quality issue in production.
- Make sure that all raw materials used are conformed to the local regulations and have sufficient quality to be used in the factory
- Report regularly to supervisor. Respect and apply all directions given by the supervisor
- Always seek for cost reductions in project development
- Assist your N+1 in any tasks
