Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare porotta and other flatbreads ensuring consistency in quality taste and texture.
- Manage and execute orders in a highvolume kitchen efficiently meeting daily demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area strictly adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredients and supplies to ensure the availability of fresh highquality materials.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
- Handle bulk preparation of dough and flatbreads minimizing wastage.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in making porotta and other flatbreads.
- Basic understanding of food safety sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Prior experience in a commercial or highvolume kitchen environment.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced kitchen.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work in hot environments.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain consistent quality and flavor.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff.

Proven experience as a Head Chef, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Exceptional ability in kitchen management, including menu planning, staff supervision, and inventory control. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and best practices, with a focus on optimizing kitchen processes. Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems. Degree in Culinary Science or a related certificate is preferred.
