Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of Italian dishes, including pizzas, pastas, and other menu items
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Ensure food is stored and prepared at the correct temperatures
Assist with inventory and stock rotation
Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
Support the kitchen team in daily operations , Productions and special events
