Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Answer questions and address complaints received.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Booking of meeting rooms when required.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary and keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Deliver all work to a high-quality standard.
- Ensure Office policies and procedures are implemented and applied appropriately to all (internal and external customers), including the Policies and Procedures for Continuous
- Practice Improvement and Corporate Policy Manuals.
- Meet agreed performance targets and standards.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Undertake such other duties and special assignments as may be allocated by the Manager (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Proven experience as front desk +3 years at a minimum with logistics industry
- Proficient in English (oral and written). Able to speak Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Emirati National preferred
