Acme Corp 12, a leading player in the Health and Human Services sector, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.

- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Present products and services to prospective clients with a persuasive approach.

- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with potential customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.


Requirements & Skills:

- 4-10 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles.

- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

- Proficiency in English with outstanding presentation skills.

- Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Certification in Sales or Business Development.
