Social Content Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi / Remote-Hybrid

NIPG FZ LLC is looking for a Social Content Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our social media presence across channels. This role will be responsible for bringing our social media strategy to life ensuring content is delivered consistently creatively and in line with NIPs brand across all key platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn strategy into action while also contributing ideas and insights to shape that strategy over time. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Social Media you will work closely with the Rocket League Social Media Manager Social Media Executive Production Lead and Head of Brand Design to make sure all parts of Marketing are aligned and working together effectively.
Role Overview
As Social Content Manager you will oversee the daily rhythm of social content and operations ensuring the right content goes out at the right time in the right way across the right channels. You will help plan coordinate and refine the social content calendar guide execution across the team and act as a key link between marketing creative and production.
You will be responsible for making sure social activity is not only well-executed but also purposeful on-brand and connected to wider business and brand priorities. You will bring structure momentum and clarity to the social function while also staying close to the culture trends and conversations that matter to our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day execution of NIPs social media activity across all relevant channels.
Translate the social media strategy into actionable plans calendars and content priorities.
Support the Head of Marketing and Social Media in shaping and refining the social strategy through insights ideas and performance learnings.
Oversee the output and workflow of the Rocket League Social Media Manager and Social Media Executive.
Ensure all social content is delivered on time on brand and aligned with campaign goals and wider marketing priorities.
Work closely with the Production Lead to coordinate the development and delivery of social-first video and creative assets.
Collaborate with the Head of Brand Design to ensure visual consistency quality and brand alignment across all social output.
Maintain and manage the social content calendar ensuring a balanced and effective mix of content across platforms.
Review content ideas captions formats and publishing plans to ensure quality and relevance.
Monitor social trends platform shifts and audience behaviour and use these insights to improve content performance.
Track key social metrics and regularly report on performance learnings and opportunities.
Help coordinate cross-functional marketing activity so that social is integrated into campaigns announcements launches and brand moments.
Support live coverage and reactive posting where needed particularly around key esports gaming and NIP moments.
Ensure community tone timing and platform-specific best practices are consistently applied across all social activity.
Job requirements
What Were Looking For
46 years of experience in social media content digital marketing or community-led roles.
Strong experience managing social media operations and turning strategy into consistent high-quality execution.
Excellent understanding of social platforms content formats and what drives engagement across different channels.
Proven ability to manage priorities workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written communication skills and a sharp eye for tone of voice timing and platform nuance.
Experience working closely with creative production and marketing teams.
Comfortable reviewing performance data and using insights to improve future content and decision-making.
Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to guide others while staying hands-on.
A good understanding of esports gaming and digital culture is a strong advantage.
Proactive organized and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
