Black & Grey HR is partnering with company committed to delivering sustainable solar lighting and advanced battery solutions. With a strong focus on innovation quality and clean energy it serves commercial industrial infrastructure and government sectors through reliable renewable energy products.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by expanding key accounts developing strategic partnerships and increasing market penetration for Clients solar lighting and battery product portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new dealers distributors EPC contractors government projects and institutional clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts pipeline reports and business development plans.
- Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- 38 years of sales experience in solar batteries electrical products lighting renewable energy or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network with distributors contractors EPC companies or institutional customers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
