Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Operations Manager with experience in Rare Earth Metals trading and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end trade operations coordinating with international suppliers and clients and ensuring smooth execution of import/export activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily trade operations related to Rare Earth Metals and commodities.
- Coordinate shipments logistics customs clearance and trade documentation.
- Handle LC documentation contracts invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Liaise with international suppliers buyers freight forwarders and banks.
- Monitor market trends pricing and operational risks within the metals trading sector.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Maintain strong communication with Russian-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports and support management with trade analysis.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Operations Commodity Trading or Metals Trading.
- Prior exposure to Rare Earth Metals Mining Metals or Commodity Trading industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international trade procedures shipping and documentation.
- Experience handling LC Incoterms import/export processes and logistics coordination.
- Fluent in English & Russian (mandatory).
- Strong coordination negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/Trading systems.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with experience handling CIS/Russian markets will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international trading environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
