SLAM Mapping & Customer Support: Conduct SLAM mapping at client sites and fine-tune navigation parameters to suit each environment. Provide onsite and remote online support guiding customers through robot operation setup and troubleshooting step by step. Log all support interactions follow up on open issues and escalate complex cases to the CTO with clear notes
Showroom Maintenance: Keep showroom robots in peak condition through routine checks cleaning charging and minor repairs ensuring units are always demo-ready. Report hardware or software faults promptly for repair or replacement
Packing Loading & Handling: Assist in safe packing and loading of robots for delivery ensuring packaging meets protection standards. Supervise and guide helpers and other staff on correct robot handling procedures during movement and transport
Documentation & Support Videos: Write setup guides operation manuals and troubleshooting FAQs and record how-to videos for common customer queries. Maintain and regularly update a documentation and video library accessible to the full support team
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors in Robotics Mechatronics Electronics or related field
Hands-on experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and SLAM mapping tools
Comfortable with onsite visits customer-facing support and creating instructional content
Good communication skills in English
