Job Summary
- Responsible for contracts set-up on daily basis (avg Contracts to be set-up 40-50)
- Responsible of all contracts billing on timely basis as per billing cycle (avg Monthly invoices upto 400-500)
- Responsible to maintain the billing sheet on monthly basis to update the meter readings
- Responsible to maintain the billing annexure for major customer where devices are more than 5.
- Responsible to submit monthly report every month for billed/pending contracts with reason Identified the key issues and problems.
- Customer interaction to solve the billing issues.
- Meter reading updation on daily basis for due contracts billing and follow up for pending Meter readings.
- Experience in Oracle & ECI Software
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma/Certificate from a recognized school or Institution
- No experience required
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
- Proficient in English.

Additional Information :
Skills & Professional Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office desired.

- Proficient in English (oral and written).
