Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through various platforms and networks
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates
Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple job roles
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting across channels
Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
Requirements
What we re looking for:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE
Familiarity with civil construction or technical hiring preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
High level of professionalism adaptability and a team-first attitude
