• 10 years in staffing consulting recruitment or business development
  
• Deep network in technology startups HR or enterprise verticals
  
• Strong communication consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  
• Experience with permanent executive or contract hiring is a plus
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset self-motivated and performance-driven
