Collect control test samples, analyze them according to the Risk and Control Self-Score Assessment (RCSA) framework, identify gaps and compile test reports for review against required standards
Responsibilities
Selection of samples for control testing using ordered sampling techniques or other systematic sampling techniques for all units of the consumer bank and investment in financial instruments; To update test results in the operational risk and loss tracking system correctly and in a timely manner
Testing and verification
Conduct regular tests of all units according to pre-defined RCSA framework, collect test results, verify incentive rewards and conduct monitoring of calls for collection as part of quality assurance and adherence to the Code of Conduct
Coordinate the business continuity plan
Coordinate with IT department and concerned business units to conduct regular tests of the business continuity plan and update all test results on the BCP system for further action
