We are looking to hire an experienced back office executive to join our busy back office As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative ;.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performing market
- Gathering and processing research
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales
- Assisting the Front Office
- Assisting with inventory
- Organizing staff meetings and updating
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and
- Assisting and supporting
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous work experience as an Office
Excellent organizational
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office
Working knowledge of CRM
Ability to work as part of a
High-level written and verbal communication
Basic knowledge of financial and accounting
Familiarity with market research
