Job Summary
Position: Social Media Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube etc.)
- Create engaging photo video and written content from on-site locations
- Plan monthly content calendars campaigns and promotions
- Lead content creation capture edit and post real-time visuals
- Monitor trends and apply creative strategies to grow followers and engagement
- Oversee social media ad campaigns (Meta TikTok Google)
- Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing operations and design teams for brand consistency
- Manage online community respond to comments DMs and inquiries
- Build influencer and partner collaborations to boost visibility
- Stay updated with social media trends tools and best practices
- Ensure consistent brand tone voice and visual identity
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in social media management
- Proven record of growing social media platforms
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Proficient in Canva Photoshop or video editing tools
- Excellent communication creativity and time management skills
- Valid UAE driving license (on-site content creation required)
- Flexible to work during weekends and events
