Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in marine engine sales. The role involves developing business opportunities managing client relationships and driving revenue growth within the UAE marine market.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be locally available in the UAE
Sell marine engines (outboard and inboard petrol/diesel) and related accessories
Develop and manage relationships with boat builders charter companies rental firms government semi-government and offshore clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while leveraging existing client networks
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations in coordination with internal teams
Understand technical engine specifications to effectively respond to customer inquiries
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support pricing strategies
Maintain active sales pipeline and provide weekly reports and sales plans
Participate in exhibitions conferences and client meetings
Ensure strong communication with stakeholders across different nationalities and business levels
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience
Proven experience in marine engine sales is mandatory
Strong knowledge of marine market in the UAE
Familiarity with boats and marine accessories
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to set goals and achieve targets consistently
Valid UAE driving license and own car required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience using CRM systems
English required; Arabic is an advantage
