Job Summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior Plumbing Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in high-rise building projects to lead plumbing engineering activities site execution and project coordination across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and supervise plumbing engineering works for high-rise construction projects

-Review and manage plumbing designs technical drawings specifications and BOQs

-Coordinate with consultants contractors subcontractors and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution

-Monitor project progress manpower and material usage to achieve project timelines

-Ensure all plumbing installations comply with authority regulations safety standards and quality requirements

-Conduct inspections testing troubleshooting and commissioning of plumbing systems

-Support project planning reporting and technical problem-solving on-site

Requirements

-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory

-815 years of experience in plumbing engineering within the construction industry

-Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC

-Strong knowledge of plumbing systems MEP coordination and site management

-Ability to review technical drawings specifications and project documentation

-Excellent leadership coordination and communication skills

Required Skills:

-Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field. -Minimum 812 years of experience in contracting/construction companies. -Strong experience handling Civil Residential and Mixed-Use development projects. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM and MS Office. -Good understanding of construction methodologies architectural detailing and local building regulations. -Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams. -Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
