Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Estimator to join our client s team in the luxury building materials industry in Abu Dhabi UAE. We are seeking a skilled professional with proven expertise in marble and stone estimation capable of managing complex projects with a strong focus on technical accuracy and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings particularly AutoCAD files to understand project scope and specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for marble and stonework including material quantities cutting labor and installation.
- Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender submissions and project execution.
- Collaborate with sales design and project management teams to align estimates with client expectations and project requirements.
- Source and validate material costs and supplier quotations.
- Track and evaluate project variations and prepare cost impact reports.
- Provide technical insights on stone cutting finishing and installation processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marble/stone estimation within the construction or luxury interiors industry.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical project documentation.
- Strong understanding of stone cutting processes costing methodologies and BOQ preparation.
- Excellent analytical numerical and communication skills.
