Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients
Act as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Handle client inquiries professionally via phone email and online platforms
Promote trading activity and introduce relevant products/services
Negotiate effectively to retain clients and prevent account churn
Monitor client performance and provide timely follow-ups
Meet retention and revenue targets set by the company
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
Requirements
Proven experience in Forex trading as a Retention or Relationship Manager
Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading platforms
Excellent communication negotiation and persuasion skills
Confident and professional phone etiquette
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
