- Ideally a Bachelors degree in Architecture Design Fine Arts or related. - 5-7 years solid experience in the design sector. - At least 2 years of experience in the UAE/GCC area (compulsory). - Proven track as a 3D Modeler/Design Draftsman with a versatile portfolio of architectural visualizations and design drafts. - Expertise in software like Autodesk 3ds Max SketchUp Rhino etc. - A good understanding of architectural design principles. - An impeccable eye for detail scale and ratio. - Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities. - Capability to handle multiple duties in a dynamic setting. - Innovative problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of real-time rendering and VR visualization tech. - Skills in 2D visualization tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Background in architectural or interior design understanding comprehensive design workflows. - Awareness of animation and motion graphics methods. - Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities. - A keen interest in staying updated on architectural visualization and design shifts. - A history of successful projects showing the ability to produce quality 3D models and design drafts for landmark/ prestigious projects. - Proven proficiency in project timeline creation and management ensuring prompt milestones and deadlines.
