Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Implement and solutions Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management (CM)
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs and best practices
Lead end-to-end implementation projects including design testing deployment and post-go-live support
Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist users during UAT cycles
Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting support for finance-related issues
Work closely with technical teams for integrations reports and customizations
Prepare documentation including BRDs FDDs test scripts and user manuals
Ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controls
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions

Requirements

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation/support
Hands-on expertise in modules like GL AP AR FA and CM
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI BI Publisher)
Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations
Exposure to cloud environments and finance transformation projects
Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies

Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
