Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


  • Implement and solutions Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management (CM)
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs and best practices
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects including design testing deployment and post-go-live support
  • Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist users during UAT cycles
  • Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting support for finance-related issues
  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations reports and customizations
  • Prepare documentation including BRDs FDDs test scripts and user manuals
  • Ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controls
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions


Requirements

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation/support
  • Hands-on expertise in modules like GL AP AR FA and CM
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI BI Publisher)
  • Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware tools)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations
  • Exposure to cloud environments and finance transformation projects
  • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies



Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
