Key Responsibilities
- Implement and solutions Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management (CM)
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs and best practices
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects including design testing deployment and post-go-live support
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist users during UAT cycles
- Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting support for finance-related issues
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations reports and customizations
- Prepare documentation including BRDs FDDs test scripts and user manuals
- Ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controls
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation/support
- Hands-on expertise in modules like GL AP AR FA and CM
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI BI Publisher)
- Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations
- Exposure to cloud environments and finance transformation projects
- Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
