Real Estate Quality Assurance Specialist (QA)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Real Estate Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) to ensure the quality of real estate operations within the company by reviewing listings validating data accuracy monitoring customer interaction quality and ensuring full compliance with established standards and procedures. The role aims to enhance overall operational performance and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit all real estate listings before and after publication to ensure:
- Accuracy of data (price location size and property details)
- Quality of content (descriptions and images)
- Compliance with company listing standards
- Accuracy of data (price location size and property details)
- Monitor data entry quality across company systems (CRM / ERP)
- Manage and monitor lead quality:
- Measure response time efficiency
- Track the full customer journey
- Analyze reasons for lost deals and drop-offs
- Measure response time efficiency
- Evaluate sales team performance in terms of:
- Compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Quality of customer communication
- Compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Prepare periodic reports including:
- Recurring errors and issues
- Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Improvement recommendations
- Recurring errors and issues
- Develop and continuously update quality standards for real estate operations
- Coordinate with Sales Marketing and Listing teams to improve service quality
Requirements
- 35years of experience in real estate or real estate operations
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Experience working with CRM / ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to identify errors and perform root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills across multiple departments
- Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools is a strong plus
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Highly organized disciplined and process-oriented mindset
Required Skills:
Minimum 35 years of experience in real estate listings or sales. Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor is a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work with CRM systems and property portals. Results-driven with strong organizational skills.
