Job Summary
Plan execute monitor and close projects in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.
Develop project schedules budgets resource plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments contractors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients.
Ensure all legal regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
Manage project documentation change orders and client communications efficiently.
Mentor junior staff and support technical and managerial development across the team.
Proactively resolve issues manage risks and drive performance improvements.
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (preferred).
PMP Certification (Mandatory).
UAE Equivalency Certificate (Advantageous).
Valid ADM Engineer s Card and SOE (Society of Engineers) Membership (Preferred).
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in the Middle East specifically in the Construction or Oil & Gas sectors.
Strong understanding of construction and project management principles.
Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent budgeting scheduling and cost-control expertise.
Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of regional legal environmental and safety standards.
