About the Role
As aPre-Sales Engineer (Sales Engineer Technical) you will be the technical owner in the pre-sales cyclesupporting customer engagements from first meeting through solution design demo/POC proposal and handover. Youll build customer trust reduce technical uncertainty and help close opportunities by connecting technical value to business outcomes.
What Youll Do
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments pain points constraints and success criteria.
Design solution approaches and service scopes aligned to customer requirements and delivery realities.
Deliver technical presentations workshops product/service walkthroughs and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Support sales with technical qualification objection handling and solution positioning.
Produce technical content for proposals and RFPs (architecture diagrams solution narratives assumptions/dependencies).
Act as the technical liaison between customers sales and delivery to ensure clean handovers and scope integrity.
Stay current on cybersecurity technologies threat landscape trends and best practices relevant to customer conversations.
