Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support the efficient execution of ongoing maintenance projects and daily operational activities. The role is primarily responsible for project coordination documentation control tracking of work orders reporting and providing administrative and technical support to ensure smooth project operations and timely completion of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance and project activities to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and update project documentation records reports and correspondence.
  • Track work orders service requests and maintenance schedules to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
  • Assist in planning scheduling and coordinating manpower materials and site activities.
  • Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
  • Support project engineers and site teams with technical and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and control of drawings technical documents and project records.
  • Coordinate with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal departments regarding project requirements and updates.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight delays issues or operational concerns to management.
  • Assist in preparing quotations material requests purchase requisitions and project-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures quality standards and operational requirements.
  • Support overall office and project coordination activities as required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar Office Engineer or project coordination role.
  • Experience in maintenance projects facilities management or engineering operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with project documentation systems and work order tracking processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or maintenance management software will be an advantage.
