- Assess and treat patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans to enhance function and promote recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hand therapy.
Requirements:
- Licensed and certified as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Certified in Hand Therapy.
- Basic knowledge of splinting techniques.
- Minimum 2-5 years of recent experience in handling postoperative hand cases such as tendon repair, replacement, and fracture cases.
- Well-versed in all kinds of hand rehab protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and surgeons.
