Tasks
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including workflows data mappings and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Provide user support and training to ensure smooth adoption and efficient use of Dynamics 365 features.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 both technical and functional aspects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Ability to customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet client needs and improve business operations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
