Tasks

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional Dynamics 365 solutions.
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain system documentation including workflows data mappings and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
Provide user support and training to ensure smooth adoption and efficient use of Dynamics 365 features.

Requirements

Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 both technical and functional aspects.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with Dynamics 365 solutions.
Ability to customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet client needs and improve business operations.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
