- Works effectively with colleagues from related functions (e.g., IT, learning and development) and other improvement initiatives (e.g., operational excellence, Six Sigma, Lean) across the enterprise
- Creative and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills (thinks outside the box)
- Strong facilitator, change agent, and communicator (a good consultant)
- Able to think strategically in terms of culture, behavior, business processes, and tools
- Strong project management oversight and also “hands on” skills as needed; prior experience of implementing enabling technology solutions to support KM
- Clear and up-to-date understanding of the professional services business and processes to help facilitate the development and adoption of KM
- Able to balance good discipline with flexibility to achieve goals efficiently while incorporating evolving levels of organizational knowledge
