- Serve as contact for agencies involved in the Brand Code and Rituals workstream, ensuring project timelines are met and deliverables are reviewed and coordinated internally.
- Develop training materials and content for Brand Code and Rituals in collaboration with L&D department.
- Coordinate the creation and engagement of the Brand Champion Community, including organizing kick-off meetings and monthly calls.
- Support the creation and implementation of the Brand Success Measure framework.
- Work with regional, area, and hotel operations teams to ensure exceptional delivery of guest experiences that create consistent brand preference, market share, and top-line performance.
- Support and coordinate on-brand solutions for key stakeholders.
- Act as the hotel contact for all queries related to the rollout of brand initiatives.
Brand Implementation & Governance Vertical:
- Elevate and enrich brand standards through projects on defining and executing Brand Code and Rituals.
- Significant coordination, stakeholder management, and agency coordination.
- Manage initiatives including launching a Brand Champion Network, the Brand Success Measure framework, and scoping and launching an RFP for a long-term auditing agency.
