Job Description

  • Conduct monitoring of balance scorecards, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Gather data and update balance scorecards regularly, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Monitor and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each business asset, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
  • Conduct process mapping exercises to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze data trends to identify areas for operational enhancement and efficiency gains.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for higher management (Group CEOs, CEOs), and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate performance metrics and improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Provide support in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving organizational goals.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a performance or excellence department.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in SLA monitoring, balance scorecard management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving positive change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with performance management methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
