Carbon Pulse is an online service dedicated to providing in-depth news and intelligence about carbon pricing initiatives and climate change policies around the world, with a strong focus on emissions trading markets and other methods of using taxes and market-based mechanisms to cut greenhouse gas output. Carbon Pulse is an independent private venture headquartered in London, UK. It was founded by three ex-Reuters/Point Carbon journalists with almost 30 years experience between them in covering carbon markets and climate policy.
