Osool & Bakheet Investment Company is a leading investment firm in Saudi Arabia providing comprehensive financial services and solutions to a diverse client base. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Investment Banking Manager to join our growing team. As an Arranging Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading our arranging operations.

• Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for transactions and deals that meet client objectives and expectations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility valuation and risks of the transactions and deals.
• Prepare financial models projections and reports to support the decisionmaking process and present the business case to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the due diligence process to verify the information and data provided by the parties involved in the transactions and deals
• Negotiate and draft the terms and conditions of the transactions and deals with the parties involved such as buyers sellers lenders investors or regulators.
• Oversee and execute the closing process of the transactions and deals ensuring compliance with all legal regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Maintain communication and relationship with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle providing updates feedback and advice.
