We are a growing team looking for an Associate People Operations Partner to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our People Team in the Baltics office in Riga.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate People Operations Partner you ll work on interesting responsibilities like HR administration, employee on and offboarding, LifeCycle management etc. You ll be collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition, People Business Partner and Compensation and Benefits teams to best support our sennder employees.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Deal with the wide range of People Operations matters:

    • Contract and document management
    • Payroll Management
    • Full employee lifecycle support
    • HR Reporting (Headcount, turnover etc)
    • Administrate HRIS system
  • Support of daily operations of People Department

  • Create and update HR policies and procedures

  • Monitor on regular bases changes of local legislation, ensure HR process and documentation compliance with GDPR and labor legislation

  • Monitor working conditions, well-being, engagement and turnover rates

  • Have ownership of trusted People & Culture related local projects and initiatives

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • University degree in HR or proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented person, able to see the big picture
  • Strong communication, collaboration and organisation skills, as well as business-oriented thinking
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, and proactiveness
  • Empathy and strong will to constantly improve the well-being and journey of our employees
