Job Description
Maintain compliance with the local employment laws and regulations in MENA region and address business for internal alignment.
Proven track of developing and utilizing recruitment channel effectively to attract and retain local talent with key profile, know well of local talent market and best practice.
Work closely with the senior members of the People/HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage HR process for KSA employees including onboarding & leaving, GOSI, orientation, medical insurance, visa and legal documentation. Remain flexibility to extend scope to regional country depends on business needs
