This three-to-six month internship is designed as the first milestone in a long and rewarding learning journey within Nexus Solutions. Youll gain practical hands-on experience across the full spectrum of our business setting a foundation that may grow into a long-term role with us at the conclusion of your studies.
This internship includes a rotation across multiple departments with a strong focus on Business IT and Operations while also gaining valuable exposure to Accounting Finance Project Delivery and Compliance.
You will work closely with teams supporting our global services; from helping international clients obtain licenses to assisting with corporate setup compliance procedures operational workflows and the delivery of digital platforms for businesses. You will also learn how we help existing platforms improve through systems such as customer management and content management tools.
What You Will Do:
Marketing & Content
- Create content for internal and external use
- Assist with marketing and communication campaigns
- Conduct market research on trends competitors and customer behavior
- Support affiliate relationships and digital outreach
Customer Support
- Assist with customer inquiries and basic administrative follow-ups
- Support internal teams by gathering information updating records and coordinating communication
Operations & Administration
- Provide support to managers and key departments
- Assist in preparing executive reports and strategic documentation for senior leadership
- Perform general operational and administrative duties that contribute to day-to-day business activities
Additional Cross-Department Experience
- Work with teams involved in licensing compliance payments and corporate services
- Learn how digital platforms are delivered and how tools such as CRM and CMS systems support clients
- Support internal workflows related to IT processes business operations and digital solutions
