Job Summary
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience within Tier 1 or large construction contracting companies.
- Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law statutory compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in workforce mobilization project HR operations and high-volume manpower management.
- Ability to oversee onboarding visa processing medicals insurance and HR documentation compliance.
- Strong background in employee relations grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Experience managing labour camps welfare standards and regulatory compliance.
- Capability to monitor HR metrics such as manpower utilization turnover absenteeism and productivity.
- Proven leadership skills to mentor and manage Site HR and Administration teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Projects Commercial and Leadership teams.
