Job Overview
We are currently hiring an HR Officer / HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment employee relations and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated organized and ready to grow within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing screening interviews onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts offer letters and HR policies.
- Handle employee queries related to HR matters and company procedures.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist with payroll coordination attendance and leave management.
- Support HR reporting and internal communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
